Terms and Conditions for coaching-lustenberger.ch

1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the website coaching-lustenberger.ch between Anita Lustenberger (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the customer. By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC.

2. Subject Matter of the Contract The subject matter of this contract is the sale of digital content (e.g., teaching materials as PDFs, downloads). No physical products will be shipped by post.

3. Conclusion of Contract The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as the provider confirms the purchase or makes the digital product available for download.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).

  • The prices listed at the time of ordering apply.

  • Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Twint).

5. Usage rights for digital content (IMPORTANT)

  • With the purchase, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to personal use of the material for their own teaching.

  • Not permitted: Passing the files on to third parties (outside your own class), commercial reuse or resale.

  • Publication of the materials on other platforms or on the internet is prohibited.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Right of Return Since these are digital goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, there is no right of withdrawal once the download has started or the file has been sent by email. By purchasing, the customer expressly agrees that the performance of the contract begins before the expiry of any applicable withdrawal period.

7. Liability The provider assumes no liability for the accuracy or completeness of the materials. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider.
