This booklet provides teachers with a tool to identify children's strengths. It contains 6 modules:

 Learning & Thinking Strength
 Motivation & Self-Regulation
 Creativity & problem-solving skills
 Motor and practical strength
 Each module can be observed by the teacher using a form. The observations can then be evaluated in the evaluation grid, providing an excellent basis for parent-teacher conferences.
