This resource pack contains all the math plans for my 5th grade yearly lesson plan. They are based on the Swiss math textbook. The math plan exercises are divided into levels: basic, intermediate, and advanced.

 The math lesson plans are in Word format, so they can be adapted.

 It also includes a short teacher's commentary on how to use the math plans.
